Although the service was good they gave us damaged goods and after buying it, we called them after 10 mins they said "we can't return product. " He had the audacity to say that we broke it on the way which is absolutely a lie, when it was kept safely in an insulated box. I'm Disappointed with their audacity to sell us damaged goods and not even return it and give us a new one. Be careful while shopping, and the pathetic staff saying " We check every product " Well do a better job checking.

Seems the store is getting closed down, as there are a very few stocks. Almost racks lying empty.

The most awaited shop finally came.

They always amaze us with their wide range of collections.

Miniso is my all time favourite because of their cute products and uniqueness. Miniso is a Japanese brand ,but people are crazy to buy miniso products especially their bags . Every week new collections are available in store . If you are toy or teddy lover go visit and if you want unique bag collection then go for it . Highly recommended. Price is bit high , but every sale is live for selected product.

Very much disappointed with the collection, the store is almost empty. You can hardly find some soft toys & bags and other items.

I have visited for the first time in this miniso shop  few days back and I found that the shop lacks a lot of products. Only few stuffs  are left and the staff is not that great in helping out and he told that the stocks will be there in few days, but we didn’t get anything so I think that ranchi is not suitable for miniso so I guess so it’s not suitable for ranchi.

This outlet only had a few items far more worse than the other outlets i have seen of miniso in other states,needs to improve

It took me a lot of planning and too much of Google map to reach there, literally from one end of the city to the other only to find empty shelves. Utterly wasteful and disappointing store.. they don't have many products so maybe think before you visit

I love the place and products on this store. Staff members are polite and helpful. They get new products every week. Do visit this store if you want daily utilities under 500.

MINISO has opened this new branch just for the name sake. Very few range of items are available here and that too are very cheap quality. This was the first time I was walking out of any MINISO store empty handed without buying anything.
