My uncle died and I had to get the SIM transferred. I visited the store and submitted all the documents (Sandhya). I got a call on Friday to collect my SIM but when I reached there I was told that the SIM has not arrived yet, the death certificate is a missing biller. I gave the documents again and then they said that you can collect the SIM after 48 hours. Then today when my aunt went there, I did not find Sandhya there and the other staff did not even have the manners to tell her. They said that we are not your servants, you should call us and come. Then aunt called Sandhya in front of him and my phone did not pick up 4 times. I learned the manners of telling the staff whether I got the SIM or not. want

Best service by Saniya ma, she is well knowledgeable .i highly recommend this store.

Pehle advance payment lete time they will call and receive your call on time but once you pay the advance payment for WiFi setup

A person from their team called me for new connection and after taking payment, he is not even picking up the calls.

It's 6 days but they fail to make my wifi installation when I visited the site they called me in just 5 min but after verification and payment they just forgot we exist the operator who done KYC (aehsas) is not picking my calls I tried more than 50 times in these  5 days if there are any delay thay should explain the reason rather than ignoring phn calls the installer (Anuj Kumar ) I also tried his no. But no response so dear @airtel if this is your service do not take payment before installation I am so frustrated by your staff I called airtel customer care but there are only apologies and illusion that they are concerned about this if airtel value its customers make contact with me and solve my problems first my wifi installation and there is my refund of 2500 pending from days at last I am regretting to be a member of Airtel i trusted them but all I got is ignorance and frustration

Worst customer service if in my area jio was there i would have changed it and thrown this airtel box. They have so much attitude and don't talk to customer properly. Worst please don't buy it.

“Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff at Airtel Store”
I had a terrible experience at the Airtel store recently. The staff member, Sanya, was not only unhelpful but also didn’t know how to behave with customers. I visited the store to port my number from postpaid to prepaid, but instead of providing a solution or proper guidance, she seemed eager to wrap up for the day. I arrived around 6:50 PM, well before the store’s listed closing time of 7:30 PM, yet she was already shutting down her laptop without addressing my concerns. This was my second visit, and I still didn’t receive any resolution. Extremely poor service and disappointing staff behaviour.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Airtel Store Rishikesh - Poor Service from Staff Member Sanya

I had the worst experience ever at the Airtel store in Rishikesh. The staff member, Sanya, was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping customers, she seemed more interested in avoiding work at any cost. Whenever I approached her with a query, she either ignored me or gave me vague excuses to not assist. It was clear she had no interest in doing her job and was doing everything she could to avoid helping anyone.

Her attitude was extremely disrespectful, and it felt like she couldn’t care less about customers’ needs. I would have expected better service from a company of Airtel's reputation, but this visit was a complete disaster. I highly suggest avoiding this store, especially if Sanya is working. Such a terrible experience!

Amazing service of Airtel in Rishikesh

It is the most hapless Airtel center I have ever encountered. I already had an airtel connection but I needed a static IP. When I reached out to the executive I was told that static IP can be obtained only with a new connection. I fell for the trap. I got a new connection but I did not get a static IP. After some wait I reached out to the executive who said I need to call the customer care to get a static IP request lodged. I did it and on 25th my ticket was resolved saying that it would be provisioned and my request was closed. It has been 10 days, 4 visit by engineers, 5 more tickets and no one is ready to solve the problem. All I keep hearing is that heat is not coming. Airtel Rishikesh has a bunch of jokers and fraudsters. Not willing to help and closing tickets without solving anything. Choose wisely and stay away from falling into the scam of new connection.

Beware of SCAM or sheer lazyness!!!

Tried to get a Sim card (Tourist) and was told that AIRTEL has issues activating Sim cards at the moment and was sent to a partner who charged me 900Rs for a 350Rs Sim package!!!
interestingly the Airtel partner had no issue activating the Sim!
SCAM!

Worst experience.she is very rude. she even don't talk properly with costumes. and even she don't know about recharge plan. the behaviour of  customer care lady total bad. very rude. worst experience ever.
