This is the only Baskin robbins outlet in Rishikesh.It is situated near laxman jhula. This one is a small outlet but you can enjoy the standard BR ice cream here. The staff is good. Overall it is just like normal BR outlet. There is no sitting facility here in this outlet. So one can just take away the order from this outlet.

Po výšlapu od Gangy jsme si zašli na zmrzlinu do Baskin Robbins. Interiér je moderní, čistý a velmi klimatizovaný – až tak, že připomíná mrazák (klidně bych uvítala pár stupňů navíc). Obsluha byla milá a vstřícná, což velmi oceňuji.

Co se týče samotné zmrzliny – vizuálně i chuťově šlo spíš o klasický krém než o autentické gelato. Některé příchutě působily lehce přemraženě, což ubíralo na textuře i chuti. Pokud ale nejste nároční milovníci zmrzliny a máte chuť na sladké osvěžení v klimatizovaném prostoru, můžete být spokojení.

Za sebe bych příště zvolila jinou zmrzlinárnu, ale v Tapovanu lepší než tato zatím není, ale i tak děkuji za zážitek.

Asked for a nutty professor sundae.
Staff gave two scoops of ice cream with hot chocolate and powdered waffle cone along with few pieces of gems whereas it was supposed to be

Quoting basking Robbins " a crunchy collection of honey nut icecream on a bed of nuts topped with almonds, cashews and raisins drowned in hot fudge and finished with whipped cream "

On the bill it quoted Oreo cookie sundae. On enquiring the staff said it is nutty professor only and it is like this..

Worst experience ever from a basking  Robbins outlet. This one here is surely Not living upto the standards of a baskin Robbins outlet...
