Zero star is not possible to give. Gave a water damaged laptop for repair and after checking for 2 days (work was of only 15-20 minutes). They tell 3000rs charge, which was too much. So i decided to take back. Bt was threatened to change ic b4 giving back to me. So u can expect the type of service given by them. And even after getting back the laptop after repair one strip connector was cut. I don't know wht thing was working on it. And even i go there they won't accept it was done by them. And they also send the Motherboard to some third person (Mr. Dharamvir) for repair,so indirectly approx. 1000rs. cut is made by them in-between. Better to go to some real technician who knw things. Not to these guyz. This is just a computer product shop(even the products are costly) not a repair one. Both earlier and later on pics are attached.
And also told battery is damaged.

One advice: never give laptop to these fools and even want to give better make a video in front of them of the motherboard so that u can claim, what they have damaged.

Going to get my laptop repaired on other shop. A better one. Will update soon.

Best place for all types of computer/laptop related issues. You can buy all kinds of computer accessories from here. This is very old and famous shop in Rohtak. This is the first computer shop opened in this area. Later now there is big computer market around it. Very good service center they have with experienced team. You can buy new computers, laptops, printers, modem, routers, pen drive, data card, headphones, ups, etc...

Wow! What a unprofessional way. The oldie man didnot even listened to the customer and  blocked him and did not support to solve his problem. So moneyminded .. i shall pray to the god to get you into the same kind of problems. The way u behave and acknowledge the customers. Hats off man! Unsupportive and lack of ethics. U didnot how to behave to a persons. I shall suggest people to not buy anything from your shop. Earlier due to my suggestion, i made many of my known as ur customers.. u r not a good shop owner, not a good business man and not a good human.. jst egoistic and haughty personality who didnot meant for their customers!

Waste of time don’t go to this person at all , he just makes excuses that he is working on the system but he is not and talks very rudely this is just my recent case I gave my laptop around 18 may 2025 and today is 21 may he said he is working on my system when I called him for the updates he said it’s done and when I reach the store no correction were made and then talks rudely and say pick your laptop and go

Worst service place , greedy as well don’t go to this place at all

Worst experience.. i have never seen such greedy and money oriented persons .. once you buy any item from them , none of the owner will even try to listen what problem you are facing. They do not stand on their words.. really disappointed.

He will be welcoming you with smile for the first time. Second time if there is any mistake or any problem in the product, he will not entertain you. Won't recognise you, and even won't talk to you nicely. He may have some bad products which he will sell it to you with all the flattery.

He'll talk with a smile when you first enter -- don't fall for it; these are scam artists.

I came to get hinges fixed -- during which they damaged a wire. Then they asked me money to fix the wire they had damaged.
I originally came on a Saturday. I left with my laptop (still not fixed) on a Thursday.

Shambolic. Asking for money for their mistakes -- shameless. Look elsewhere instead of dealing with cheats.

If you have lots of money and time to waste in return of worst service, you should definitely go to this place

These husband wife n son are big time liers and cheap baniyaas(mittal). I purchased canon ink from him . They are not having the right ink cartage and sold other model. When I visited them next day stating wrong product these liers even denied to recognise
They also replace genuine parts with cheap local copies in New Acer and Dell laptops.

Staff is very co-operative and excellent customer dealing experience. I got stuff at reasonable prices

They have Good quality products and services. They believes in customer satisfaction and try to sell those products which are latest and best for customers usage
