Tyre Dynamic Growth Testing Machine
This Computerized Test rig DynGro has been designed to determine the maximum growth of the tyre due to the effect of the centrifugal force at the maximum permissible speed.To determine dynamic growth the diameter of the tyre is measured both before the start of the test and after it has been rotating at its rated speed for pre-specified duration. Such a test has also been prescribed in Regulation No 75 of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UN/ECE) Uniform provisions concerning the approval of pneumatic tyres for motor cycles and mopeds The test rig has been designed also to meet the requirements of Clause 4.3.1 of IS 15627 (for 2W & 3 W) Completely automated testing without human intervention after start of test. Test Speed in kmph is displayed on the computer Screen Test Report generation after completion of a test. Data storage and retrieval for report generation at any time. Incorporates a digital camera for taking tyre profile pictures which are embedded in the final test report.
