Truly living up to its name, Pinxx has beige walls with shimmery patterns that are lit up with hues of pink, crimson covers for the chairs that go really well with the wooden floor and even fuchsia napkins – the entire ambience is a tribute to this delicate colour. The food is just as competent, Mahi Abe-Hayat which is soft fish chunks marinated in gram flour and yogurt and flavoured with rose water that perfectly complements the tender texture, the three cheese ravioli, the pork chops with apple sauce and the innovative chicken tikka burritos, which is an interesting desi take on the popular Mexican street food – tandoor-grilled cottage cheese and veggies wrapped in a roomali roti.

I recently ordered dinner from Pinxx and I have to say, their Schezwan Noodles did not disappoint! The premium outlet definitely lived up to my expectations. From the first bite, I could taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spice. I highly recommend trying them out if you're a fan of spicy dishes. Pinxx has definitely become one of my go-to places for dinner options.

The Veg Schezwan fried rice at Pinxx was delightful! The generous quantity of veggies, flavorful fried rice and the perfect Schezwan sauce made this dish truly amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for something delicious!
