I recently tried the Kolhapuri Dandga Vada and I was blown away by the depth of flavor and spice in their vada sambar. As someone who loves spicy food, this dish did not disappoint. The vada was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sambar had just the right amount of heat to it. The restaurant definitely lives up to its name by serving authentic and delicious Kolhapuri cuisine. I highly recommend trying their vada sambar
