One the best experiences I have had in a cosmetic store until now . Really very friendly staff and very professional as well  . Good range with great offers . Highly recommend this place.

I bought an eyeliner and lipstick, but the eyeliner broke after only three uses. The liner came off the pencil during application, making the purchase of Rs. 400 a waste of money.

I must say the staff here is absolutely amazing at what they do. They’re so sweet, patient and helpful. Sandhya was the one who mainly severed us and she gave us some great product suggestions! ☺️ the other girls on the team were absolutely fab. We went there when they were right about to close for the day and they kept the store open just for us which I think is amazing!

The staff is really warm and very helpful especially Ms Divya and Mr Ankit Reddy. Absolutely loved it. Might just spurge all my money shopping here because of them!!

Today we went for shopping by looking at the reviews.The products are ok but the staff there, initially as soon as we entered started telling that each product is discounted. Some were told 40% and some were 20%. But as soon as we went for billing out of 15 products we bought only 1 item we got 40% discount and 3 products were discounted only 5 to 20%. It's festive time we definitely will buy the products but my complain is falsely tempting about the discount and then at the end telling no madam this products are not discounted is too unethical.

Visited Beauty and Beyond for the second time and I can say it was good experience with the staff, they were so helpful, patient with the customer explaining to buy the right product. Staff Madhavi, Mamatha were good to rate 5 star for their customer experience.

We have experienced a very good experience here. I am totally satisfied. Here Sandhya is also so sweet & her service & explanation is also very good.

We have visited the store for the first time and were impressed with the maintenance and service provided. Samatha has been very helpful and patient in explaining the product usage and suggested products as per our requirement. 5 star for the services.

The only con I found is that the store didn't have testers for certain brands like maybelline vinyl lipstick range which would have otherwise made the purchase easier.

The assistance was good but thy r forcing and confusing the customer by showing too many products .sometimes customer will forget what is purposes I came, and the customer will land into trouble by choosing the product .Thy r charging too heavy ,if we ask them for one particular brand thy will show different brands and confuse us.My suggestion just leave choice towards customer, u r thinking of your sales & targets.

The store at AS Rao nagar has a wide range of products and the staff is very friendly and guided us through all the needed products. The ambience looks good as well.
