I purchased a bajaj 25 ltrs geyser and the sales person was brilliant and explained all the features perfectly. But the actual problem was with the delivery agent as the product was delivered within 2 days but he was asking for delivery charges. I told him that I categorically asked the sales person if delivery was free and he said yes it's free. But when the product was delivered the delivery agent demanded delivery charges and I told him that I already spoke to the sales agent after purchasing the product and I was told it's free. So he said sir atleast pay me for lifting charges. What is lifting charges? I want to ask Pai or Bajaj delivery. I did not pay anything and my product has been delivered but still not installed. I want a call from Bajaj ASM  for A S RAO NAGAR to call me immediately and have this issue resolved else I would like to return this product with no questions asked. Also the delivery agent is the main person who is creating this delay along with the installation team. If no action taken by PAI team or BAJAJ ASM, I will escalate this further and make sure everyone one from the sales agent, delivery agent, BAJAJ staff and PAI staff are all penalized for this delay.

I came this store regarding I phone but the I phone sales man was very rude he is behaving like he is the owner of Bajaj store like that he was just employee he need be kind with customers I hope you will take some action against him he has beard and I think 5 feet hight tell him to you’re a just salary based employee behave professionally with customers guys don’t visit this store for I phone

Customer service loan department and staff are not friendly. What we need and resolvement should be priority. I would recommend if you take feedback before customers are leaving the office. Any POC would be helpful.

Bajaj Electronics is advertising offers on TV — free coupons for lucky dips and a smartwatch at just ₹500 on purchases above ₹50,000.

But after billing, they don’t provide the smartwatch, saying “no stock”, and even the coupons are unavailable. This is misleading and cheating customers with false promotions.

Please be careful before purchasing from such shops!

I have purchased oneplus 8 pro,they way Custer support expalined very well about the offer.

I don't like the iphone customer supports guys in bajaj actually they are not interested to explain the  exact offers correctly.if they expalin well then the customer may purchase the product in a day/week based on your explanation.

Note:1 star rating due to worest  iPhone customer support.

Worst experience with cashier and installation workers- We just purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split a/c from this store and regret taking it frok here To begin withe guy (who is currently bald for recognition) at the counter department for issuing credit is extremely rude, ill mannered and lacks basic customer satisfaction skills and we had a tough time dealing with his bad attitude.
Secondly, 2 guys (one of the main guy named Haidi who had the worst attitude and was extremely rude and low in his behavior with me and my mom as ladies) came to install the split a/c. For  no reason, he removed our existing window a/c (which we intended to get it out through our own carpenter at our leisure), he wanted to charge us 800 Rupees and then left our window completely open after removing it and argued that its not their duty to close the window and on top of his stupid work wanted to charge us money?! They left all the trash in there without disposing and he also looted us Rupees 250 for an unknown extra pipe not mentioned anywhere?! Looters! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INSTALLATION AND WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! SHAME!

Worst Customer service! Problems can’t be solved waste of buying anything ! It’s better we get it directly from the brands! Terrible experience! Bad isn’t the word! Very annoying!

I bought a new colour for 16k and it didn’t survive for 7 days I asked for a replacement they say you shud have come within 24 hours. How ridiculous!
The executive doesn’t have adequate info of the product! Neither delivered appropriate info!

Such a worst service this showroom has. i went to purchase an iPhone but the guy who is at the finance department is very careless and using customer mobile without their permission by accessing their personal data and zero knowledge about the service and giving rude answers. Personally I will not recommend this AS Rao nagar branch.

after purchasing it the machine got some motor issue dyrer motor issue the seller who name is baba while selling to me he said you can use it it have 10 yrs warranty now he is saying now you should use it only like 15 min nd take a gap of 10 min use it again i complained to haier customer they also not responding to me baba the seller not responding waste service from bajaj nd haier i request to take a my complaint on priority 👍

Waste service when enter to showroom and a buy a product the people will be so welcomed once u buy the product they reality will come out. the staff is rube behavior with customer I spoke with Deepak who said it will be delivered to adress I said clearly we change the address and even he did not collected the new adress to deliver the product and he rude on in the call this is what once u buy the product and come out from the store.

i recently bought whilrpool fridge 340 ltr.. idid n't  open untill 10 days.. i was out of station .. when i opend it it has broekn in the inside part...
and one more tthing that they are not sent the installation tech.
i went and spoke to the manager ..they are not responded ...and said that we will inform you later.."you may go"...
so..guys i strictly telling  that better don't buy these products...
i paid fully cash.. one time paymetn..i am a looser..:(

Worst experience ever in my life. There is so much issue with Emi connected to IDFC BANK after maintaing emi balance they have  charged fine per hour chargeable worst ever they wont explain properly about insurance and all thy do as they own charges. And when we are question the bajaj employe they are careless totally . They just make us rome here and there. #IDFC BANK nice bank keep it up worst worst experience ever in life

Extremely poor customer service. This store is situated next to Vijay Sales and they are incompetent with their pricing. On providing an insight on their price, the floor manager was quick to state that they cannot help you.  It isn't a wonder that their rating is far lower than the rest of the Bajaj Electronics showrooms. They don't seem to have a wide variety of products either when compared to the other sites. A waste of time and energy to visit this place. You could rather visit the store in ECIL or just boycott this place and shop at Vijay sales, which is just a couple of blocks away.

I bought a washing machine which came
without a rat pad and technician who is supposed to install it had a very bad attitude. I have been trying to install it from past 2 days, the technician refused to answer the call. We had to book technician from urban company and get it installed. Worst experience ever.

Such a worest service and fake commetment for increase of there sale..I have purchased a Air cooler. From the beginning of purchase they are said ready stock you will receive by tomorrow after payment they said we will dispatch the cooler by tomorrow. The next when I'm calling those people said no stock for that cooler it may take 2 to 3days.. still there is no response from there end for dispatching the product. Tha sale person behaviour is to rude.. while calling for the delivery.

Worst Service.Installation was never on time.They dont have proper technicians .Purchased L.G A/c and after got it  fixed the very second day they was water leakage.Hundred times i have followed up continuously later a technician was arranged.The technician just simply placed the outer on a outside wall  shelf not using the stand.The piping is all with all tapes .Least knowledged person
