Poor professional conduct and Very  Disappointed by Staff behaviour. Brought few things including a baby cot from FirstCry Sheikhpet outlet and after paying the bill I realised they charged extra compared to online price. Initially when choosing the items they said rate will be same as online. After paying they said coupons are not applicable for offline shopping.

Staff are really helpful. They are very patient and welcoming. I bought a cradle here. They explained the membership prices and made sure I got best buck for my purchase.

I had a fantastic experience at firstcry , thanks to Arbaz. He was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and care. The store itself is well-organized and has a wide variety of baby products. Arbaz’s recommendations made shopping much easier and I truly appreciated the genuine attention given to my needs. I highly recommend visiting this baby store and asking for Arbaz if you need expert assistance!

Rude behavior from the entire staff and no signs were there on the walls which describe that customers cannot take photos argued with me Mohammed Salauddin and Shaikh Rayees were unprofessional will never recommend any mothers or babies to visit this place it’s worst management very disappointed
