Hotel is very average.. one who looking for budget hotel for stay for a night

The Heritage inn hotel in Gulbarga is centrally located, well maintained and provides for a comfortable stay for short period. The rooms are air conditioned, the attached washrooms are well equipped though the size of the room is relatively small. Hotel is not having car parking inside the compound, but provides for the same just outside the hotel with security. The food served in their restaurant is very tasty and good, but little bit expensive. The complementary breakfast they provide is very yummy and more than sufficient in quantity. They have a wonderful party like dinner service on the rooftop under open sky on the weekends with live music and beautiful decoration, which is quite enjoyable with families. Overall I recommend this place for short stays in Gulbarga.

Superb location. Totally safe. Many food joints to have snacks, lunch, dinner. Tea is awesome at Chai Shai Bar. If you are visiting Begumpet pick this budget friendly hotel. You will definitely like it.

Room amenities are good. Cleanliness is average. Service is average. No daily housekeeping. I needed to call multiple times to get dustbin cleaned. There were some bad odour coming to room some times in the early morning. Location is very good, lively market around.

Had work at KIMS Hospital near this hotel, here stay made my tiredness go away. Service was best. Very cooperative staff. Provided instant and good service. Needed Breakfast before their breakfast timing, they provided. Had issue in changing channel immediately changed setup box and many other small but quick and helpful services is very appreciating

Neat and clean property. Staff are very friendly. But you may surprise with roaches appears suddenly when you enter room.
Contact numbers were wrong, please don't try to contact on number mentioned on google.

Complementary breakfast will have only two plates from menu per person, for additional you have to pay from pocket.

Great hotel, staff was nice, service could have been better.

Room is good and service is good but cockroaches come from bathroom to bedroom. Have a good wifi connection and have lift facility. Overall I recommend  to stay here for a day or two not more than that.

Best place to stay if you have work at US consulate. Clean rooms, good service, excellent location for food points & just 5 mins away from US consulate. I felt its the best value for money with convenience.

Rooms are of moderate quality. However customer service was good. Complimentary breakfast is an add-on. Location of the hotel is good. Banks and restaurants are in walkable reach.

Amazing place to stay within budget. They too provide complementary breakfast which is limited to 2 dishes per person.

This Hotel is not sutable for familys, by below reasons, its my personal experence ...
I dont no how the owner feel, but its a fact ......
1. Even if we proved our contact number, they will call they lady who is staying in the room, many times ..... I dont no why they do like that ...
2. All faculty people are gents, its too dificult for ladys to stay single in the room...
3. Things are bit old .....
4.  Its some waht good for guys who celebrate  partys with cheaper rate in the room ....

I'm impressed by the service. Breakfast is good. Dishes served in the dinner is spicy.

Not bound by any online hotel booking apps.  Hence 24 hr check-in check-out is avbl.  Neat and tidy rooms yet a tad smaller in size.  Old fashioned lift.

Hotel is good , nice staff and has Paradise restaurant along with other great places to eat. It has in house restaurant but does not have any breads( roti, naan etc). Only option is rice.

Very nice clean rooms with good service from staff..the only thing is most of the staff doesn't know the local language Telugu and converse in Hindi...when I stayed there I got complimentary breakfast and it was nice...food is also nice the only drawback was no hot water in the washroom and they provide u extra hot water.

Clean room safe for single women travellers reasonably priced Great location easy access to restraunts temples super market and General Bazart for shopping restraunts
Good value for money  situated on a wide road not in a Lane Don't expect any help for tourists from the staff

Property is very close to Secunderabad railway station and very close to Roosalpura.metro station .. very nice ambience .. value for.money. friendly staff

We stayed here for 1 days ..this is budget friendly and ok hotel but disappointed that they don't have common place for breakfast everything is served in Rooms..

Best for prize. But complement breakfast has to be ordered from room and take from room it self. Limited break fast any two item
