Had a really good experience at FirstCry Store. The store is spacious, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of baby and kids’ products—clothes, toys, essentials, everything under one roof.

I have been visited  at this unit for the last 3 to 4 years, but till date I have never got a discount, but I want to tell you one thing, Customer is satisfied when he gets a good discount, Why do today's customers prefer online shopping, The reason for this is that they get good discounts, That's why I also have a request to your business honor.  You should think a little about the customers. But I want to tell you one more thing again which is First Cry, it has a good collection and good clothes. And especially the employees stop there treat customers well.

I am a regular customer at FirstCry, and this is the first time I’ve had such an unpleasant experience.

I visited the store to purchase XXL size diapers for my baby. The salesman initially showed me a small premium pack that I declined. When I asked for a larger pack, he brought a corrugated box and described it as a “family pack.” At no point was it clearly explained that the box contained similar premium three packs, and I was led to believe it was one single large pack, for which I paid more than 2K.

I only realized the actual contents after opening the box at home. While the product itself may be genuine, the lack of clear communication at the time of sale is unacceptable—especially in a store catering to parents purchasing essential baby products.

I expect transparency and honest guidance from a brand like FirstCry. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better staff training to avoid such experiences for other customers.
