Very bad experience with this travel company on the Surat to Nagpur sleeper bus route.
Surat Staff forced us to pay extra luggage charges without even weighing the luggage.
The Surat ticket counter receptionist was extremely rude and had no respect for customers.
During the journey unauthorized persons ( *Transgender* )were allowed inside the bus asking passengers for money, which is a serious safety issue.
The lights inside the bus were not working, showing poor maintenance.
Overall this company has very poor service, unprofessional staff, and no concern for passenger safety.
I also have video proof from inside the bus.
Not recommended at all.

Bus does not provide space for a single suitcase of passengers..luggage space is filled with transport material..they ask to keep ur luggage in the sleeping cabin. how can one sleep with luggage in the cabin...very bad service..dont travel...they also took drunken passengers in the passage..created problem for families... drunken men came and sat near ladies...very shamefull...

One of the worst experience I have while traveling with aadi travels. I booked a ticket with high price and the offer me worst seat .. last seat and here is the photo.. no cleanliness. When I complain about seat to their staff.. they didn't respond properly.. and said do whatever you want.. I would never recommend anyone to travel with this bus.. no privacy for their customers

There is no space for luggage and they continuously yhey are loading the bus and thare is no space for passenger and they ause very eough language and the people who dont have tickets sit on passenger seat who reserved the ticket and the bus was not cleaned and they give seat ro dunked people

They are allowing drunk passengers and also letting them to sit on others seat while there is a passengers bus is full of labours sitting on ground and staff is also rude and abusive

Worst experience.
No timings.
Bus full of labourers and other workers. Sitting on floor.
How much money one wants.
Consumer satisfaction, leave it what I'm even asking.
Nothing can be as bad as this bus and it's management.

I was requested to the bus driver for switch on the power plug for phone charging ...but he denied after so many request and after 2 and  half n hours he started it..

About luggage service no space available in bus for it ..external luggage items  was putted on the bus ..

Over all not happy with the service

One of the worst service.. Do not travel through aadi travels. They charge you high amount and and their service is like a garbage.. When yiu try to call their team they will reply esa hi milega aap kisi se b baat krlo.. So no customer support from their side. So disappointed.

Bahut hi bed service and not cleaning properly I am recently traveling surat to amravati bich raste me hi kharab ho gai and not arrange to other bus because bed exeperiance

The bus is absolutely dirty and even in the time of Covid, how should one not travel in such a dirty bus. Adiraj's staff is so insincere that they even know how to talk.I would say that even after paying so much money, if you do not get good cleaning and service, then you should look else where.

Do not deserve even 1 star rating. Very bad interior & All the windows are without rubber packings in frames. Traveling in cold weather is really terrific because very cold air is coming inside & definitely will result in cold & fever due to that. Plz don’t travel unless one is ready to ill. Moreover it’s better to say it Truck rather than Bus because too much parcels has loaded on top & even inside of Bus too. No way for passengers to walk even.

Very Very Bad service

One of the bekar bus service. Not value for time, not well maintained bus. Time diya ta poch ne ka subha 8 or pochaya 1 baje. Bekaaar service

Pethatic service just hate too much never Gonna book I am just waiting for my bus from last 2 hours still bus driver said 1.30 hour for pickup

Worst service ever, Customer care is the worst, representative was very rude and calling old people buddha and speaking to them very roughly. Please prefer any other bus operator but not this.

Very poor service and they doing the frod with the passenger about their logauge taking extra money from the customers which is really inlegal things do not trust them.this incident is happen with me today and also behaviour with the passenger is very rude.

Very bad staff do not book this bus driver not stop bus for ladies washroom and abuse language use with ladies

Overloaded bus, they'll have other passengers seated on your seat and you'll catch up some disease probably because the bus is really dirty
