I had a very disappointing experience at Anil Mobile. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff anil was rude and unprofessional, and they did not know how to speak respectfully to customers.

The phone I purchased had issues soon after buying, and when I approached them for support, they were unhelpful and dismissive, indicating duplicacy of phones, changing of internal parts.

The billing process also felt unclear, and I did not receive proper guidance regarding warranty and documentation.

Overall, I would not recommend this store due to lack of professionalism and poor after-sales support. Customers deserve transparency and respectful treatment.

I had a very bad experience at Anil Mobile. The shop owner is not honest and never sticks to his commitments. On phone they say one price, but when you visit the shop, they suddenly increase it. They change their words again and again.

They even tried to sell a ₹150 mobile cover for ₹550 – which clearly shows they are overcharging and looting customers. The behavior is also very rude and unprofessional.

This shop is only interested in cheating customers and making extra money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop and not waste their time or money here.

This shop is a complete scam. The owner is arrogant, money-minded, and lies to customers. They sell second-hand mobiles as new, and when the phone stops working, they blame the customer. Honestly, this place should be shut down.

Best repaired service nd good behavior all staff for selling product

After the iphone is repaired, they ask for password.Reason they give is want to check whether it is working well. Never give them the password. After the password is given, they will access your iphone data.
