I had a disappointing experience at this shop. While I was inside the store and I browsing shirts, the salesperson denied to seen further and saying the shop was closing and that arrangements were being disturbed. If the shop was about to close, customers should be informed politely before allowing entry. Better customer handling would improve the overall experience.

Good clothes quality with regionalable price you got In Max which is great thing and whenever you go there you get sale offer but they not providing clean dressings room and clean cloths there dressing room also have some dirt and clothes also have some dirth you can see in photo which I have uploaded and they not have proper staff to guide customer about clothes that's the reason I have cut 2 star inshort overall you get good design, quality with good price

Tailor is not serious due to he didn't know time and date value.
Today two time was went vr mall for taking jeans but jeans stitching is still pending.
Now still waiting for jeans.
Not a serious still waiting  .
I gave 25.12.25 for jeans length shorting purpose and max staff told me you can come after tomorrow but still didn't solve.

Beware. Staff here added items such as memberships without asking for customers permission. Too slow billing counter that creates unpleasant experience

Max Fashion offers a decent selection of clothes, but I noticed some issues. Many designs seem copied or outdated, which is disappointing. The biggest drawback is their no return policy, making it risky to buy without trying first. Also, the colors of some clothes faded quickly after washing. There are good options, but these problems hold the experience back.

Pathetic behaviour and service by Max Surat VR Mall Outlet, Today, when I visited Max they told me scan the QR and fill the form, I ask for why Scan they told me For entry u want to scan and fill so was I telling that’s was not in last year for entry then they ask me give me a proof of are registered or member in Max in past few year and argue and misbehaving me, , Pratik and his team has no idea on how to talk to a customer, very bad reply for each request and not ready to listen of what was communicated during entry and exit also time also they said me when I ask their name they called me “jo karna hai kr Lena tu meh bhi dekta hu” and when I click their photos then they click my picture and kya kar lega ma bhi Tera photo luga, , I am regular customer to Max and experienced such bad behaviour first time in my life...
Max should same on their customer service... Also sharing photo of team member who were attending me...

Me and my friend went to max store in vr surat and he tried one dress but it didnt suite him so we left. And my friend was wearing another max bought clothing.after we left a employee followed us and he asked us to come inside again to check if we shoplifter the dress he was wearing very cheap behaviour from the staff.it should be overlooked immediately.

Reasonable price of course, for the daily wear clothes,it is the the best option.fully recommend.

It is a fashion related brand you can buy any type of clothes like for your baby like for youngster like for older all type of clothes are available here you can buy clothes anytime from here the prices too good and also quality of clothes are very good so I suggest you please and must buy some hear your cloths it is available in every country in India so you can use their coupons and offers for everywhere so just go and buy don't think so much
