Also the after sales is good because they have their own service centre named #DIGITALCARE , SO it's less of a headache if you need some service done to your products.

I like the detail information provided by the owner. I think only he was able to provide all the detail information compared to the salesperson. The selling skill is awesome, he put all the options on the table, discussed my need and provided the best options. The place is also good because they also did all the required post purchase services immediately. I am happy with my purchase.

I laughed when she was explaining to me the features of the laptops.
I don't know what kind of after-sales service they provide, but please get yourself some knowledge before going there for purchasing a laptop.

I didn't purchase anything because her way of explaining the feature of the laptop stopped.

I had quite a good experience when I took my laptop for repairing in the month of may 23; as it had some problem and the guy was experience enough to repair it in 1 hr.......;

but after a month my laptop had the same problem and I visited your Digital care where I was totally disappointed with the service-  as the person over there was with no skill who simply cud open my laptop but cud not repair and placed all the machineries wrongly ; the way i got to know from some experts later. for which my laptop was much damaged where due to wrong placement of objects some wires got cut.

The person in Digital care took 1 hr to check my laptop and came up with an explaination that my laptop was heavily damaged and no person in the tezpur town can repair it in less than 3 days.

I suggest the owner to employ and engage only skilled and experienced person othrwise it wud make customers difficult to chooese your store as laptops mean a lot to us as we work with it 24×7.

Also. they took me a LAPTOP OPENING CHARGE of 150 rupees which was quite a funny thing for me.

Their customer service is excellent. Every time I visit the store, I have a good overall experience.

I have been in continued touch with the Jain computer, Tezpur for last 14 years. Responding from receptionist is well & good, services from the technicians are brilliant, deliver in right time...

I went to buy a laptop for my husband for hs birthday.. I didnt have much idea about the features but I loved how the girl explained me about the features it helped me to get a good one for him.. Highly recommended this store..
