I'm a regular shopper at max as it's nearest shopping center for me from my residence but this incident made me be disappointed at max store staff.

I had a very upsetting experience on 21st December around 1:30 PM. I was on my periods and urgently needed access to a washroom. When I approached Max, the lady security staff denied me access and clearly said that since I was not there to buy anything, I could not be allowed to use the washroom.

As a woman, this lack of courtesy, empathy, and basic humanity was extremely disappointing. Menstrual emergencies are real, and such situations should be handled with sensitivity and understanding.
After this, I visited Vijay Sales, where the staff was extremely courteous and understanding. They showed basic humanity, something your staff clearly lacked in this situation.

Store management is requested to kindly check with the lady security staff who was on duty at that time and review the CCTV footage. I was wearing a black chikankari outfit.( on 21st December around 1:30 PM. )

I strongly urge the management to train staff in professionalism, courtesy, and empathy, especially when dealing with women and genuine emergencies.

Excellent choice for fulfilling all your shopping needs when it comes to clothes & fashion. They have latest & trendy collection of apparels for men, women and children. They have sufficient stock in different sizes of smart casuals, casual shirts, t-shirts, chinos, jeans, joggers, training essentials, undergarments, footwear, etc. Rates are reasonable compared with quality of the garments. Overall the shopping experience is excellent & would recommend based on past experiences.

Tip: Advisable to visit the place in the afternoon as it is sparsely crowded.

The range is too good compared at other locations. In the afternoon, it was deserted that gave quality time in shopping, no waiting for anything, & no crowd. The staff is very polite & helpful 🙏🏼
The women's section is on G & the men's & kids sections are housed on the first floor.
There is no dedicated parking 🅿 at the outlet, it reads as PARKING AT OWNER'S RISK. ⚡

Good outlet for shopping, less place for customer movement. Overstocked ground floor women section, festival season causing more people to venture in. Take care.

The staff downstair is too rude .. they make your shopping mood go away.. just because of their behavior ended up buying less.. non co operative staff and they are more rude on weekdays

The clothes are good, the watchman uncle on the entry is also good, the staff on billing counter is also good.....
But the another staff who is working there they are so rude specially ladies staff ...
And there is a girl specially she is so rude ..
She don't want to do her work that's why she's stoping us for changing or trail room.
She is so lazy ...and with her there is one man he is also rude like her he is saying us that there is some work going on in the trail room that's why you can't go...and when I check all 4 trail rooms are open there ....no any work is going on there ...
How can these people behaving this so much rude with customer..

Quality, variety good overall. Billing personnel are bit slow, not all, but a few.

I purchased a Lee Cooper jeans from Max in November and have only worn them 2-3 times. Unfortunately after 5 months, the jeans have already torn, clearly indicating poor garment quality.

When I visited the store to address this issue, I was extremely disappointed with the careless and unprofessional behavior of the sales manager. As a frequent and loyal customer of Max, I expected better service and support in resolving a genuine product issue.

The staff’s attitude was indifferent and unhelpful, which was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable.

Parking space is not enough. If you have 4 wheeler then best if luck.

Location is just near to station so 5 stars for it. The cost is high as compare to online stores. Pricing should have been competing and aggressive considering the location.

Due to pricing of most of the items peoples will choose local outlets where you get value for money.

Mask and temperatures check mandatory when I visited the store. But since 1st of April 2022 its optional.

It's 2 story with separate sections for girls,boys and kids.

Arrogant and ignorant staff. Not giving clear instructions regarding billing. And no one in ground floor to assist related to size availability. Bad experience 😞.

Pathetic experience. The store is running with the same old women's collection since 6 months now. Also, same old stock for footwear and accesories. No sizes available. The store is kept unclean and unorganised. Moreover, the staff used to be polite and helpful before but now they don't even bother, even if approached. They aren't aware of the discounts offered in their own store thus misleading customers. I was really disappointed and have decided to never shop again from this store! Extremely poor service and collection.

Max is the synonym of quality in a pocket happy way. The place is easily accessible via any mode of transport, the quality of the garments are good and sustainable. Vouch for the intiative of green planet , that's so good to go. Clean and well maintained store, with a supportive and helpful staff. Overall experience is very good, the checkout and billing process is little slow but worth the wait.
Rules must be set up as in people shouldn't be allowed to get in with bag packs like every other store or mall outlet.

Usually such brands have different collections according to locality. You won't find same collection in Badlapur & Thane. Honestly i really liked men's collection, it's quite good. But i really didn't like women's collection, i felt it's overpriced looking at the quality of fabrics of clothes. The place is located in very well known area, station road. & Actually there's a problem for parking as place is mostly crowded in the evening.

Pretty decent collection. The shop is quite compact and the billing takes a lot of time nowadays.

Good experience, but unhappy as there were no offers on product at the time of buy. Felt too expensive. Wanted to buy more, but couldn't due unavailability of any offers on brand.
