I was referred to Dr. Soniya Agarwal by my gynecologist who, due to unforeseen circumstances, could not continue my treatment. I came to her in the ninth month of my pregnancy and I am truly grateful for the care I received. On 23rd November 2025, I rushed my 2.5-year-old child to Navjeevan Hospital with a high-grade fever and a febrile convulsion (fits). In such a serious emergency, I expected immediate attention and at least basic stabilization, but the hospital declined to admit my child and refused to take responsibility for further care. This was extremely shocking and unacceptable, as my child’s life was clearly at risk and we were in desperate need of urgent medical help. No parent should face refusal like this in an emergency situation, especially for such a small child. I am deeply disappointed with the way we were treated and do not feel this hospital is safe or reliable for emergency pediatric care.

Doctor Soniya Agarwal is a very good doctor ,very polite, and the best gynecologist .Their staff is also the best and their service is very good , amazing staff , every one of their staff is very hardworking they all behave like family ,every one is best. We recently had our baby delivered at Navjeevan Hospital, Thane (Aug 2025), a normal delivery here after almost 7 years. I have complete trust in Dr. Soniya Agarwal; despite staying in Ulwe (~30 km away) with many multispeciality hospitals nearby, we chose Navjeevan again. Her confidence, practical approach, and care are unmatched. All three of my children were born here, and I’m truly thankful to Dr. Soniya and her team for their guidance and support.

Navjeevan Hospital at Dhokali, Thane is the one of the best hospital for child birth and infant babies with state of the art technology & services. Staffs are prompt and easily available 24/7. Preference is given to normal delivery. My wife delivered her baby at the age of 42 and we were like not expecting the normal delivery but due to the guidance of doctor Soni Agarwal and the treatment she gave, my wife had a normal delivery. Our experience is really excellent and great. The job done by Doctor Sonia Agarwal is really commendable & remarkable.

One of the best experience for a women is giving birth and Dr Soniya has made it so smooth and easy for me to deliver my baby by normal delivery that too in short span of time and throughout my pregnancy journey she and her complete staff was very supportive and they have such deep knowledge and experience. Dr Soniya is genuine gynecologist in thane. Firstly understands your case and accordingly suggest the further required treatment.
Right from conceving to delivery she guided me on each step with proper medication.
She doesn't prescribe lot of medicines. She Makes sure all the doubts / queries of patients are answered by her. Thier maternity house is good for delivery but in case if any patient wants to delivery in another hospital she is associated with Currae and Jupiter hospital. Since my delivery happened in jupiter, there also she ensured she herself will be present on each step of patient delivery.
Her course if treatment is reasonable too and doesn't suggest undue tests or medecine.
