Arrogance at pick, not at all customer friendly. Doesn't accept online payment via link and if you object they send you to other center and that's very fishy.

I would like to give it 0 star if that was possible as I they charge extra (off the books) I bought a new sim last year from here they charged ₹100 more above recharge and told me it's because you want the sim right away and recently one of my friend was porting his sim to jio he called these guys and they said we need ₹50 more as an physical charge but when he reached out to jio online they said there is no extra fees like those you just need to do recharge after porting. They are just scammers. Please don't take their services.

I visited this Jio Mini store for a SIM replacement. The person in charge told me it would cost ₹99, whereas other Jio stores charges ₹50 for the same. He also asked me to pay an additional ₹249 saying my number was suspended and needed activation before replacement. He then told me to do monthly recharge even before the sim is activated.

This felt suspicious because recharge is normally done after SIM activation. When I asked whether I would receive any receipt or official activation message for the ₹249 charge, he clearly said no.

After I did the recharge, my Jio app itself showed that the number was already active. I then asked him to check in his system whether the number was active or suspended, but he avoided checking and instead told me to visit another store.

Later, I visited another Jio store where the staff was honest and professional. They checked properly and confirmed that my number was already active and I only had to pay ₹50 for the SIM replacement.

Overall my experience at this store was very poor. It felt like the in-charge was trying to make extra money in the name of SIM activation. I would avoid visiting this store again. Please double-check before paying extra charges anywhere, even at authorized stores.

It is amongst very few and reliable place to avail Jio services @ Mira Road.

It's nearby station and easily reachable. However, one may struggle to park their vehicle near store as no free oarking is available nearby.
