While buying any product from there shop pls be aware because if you will enter their store they will not let you exit their customer service is very bad, they will not pickup call so pls don't buy from these pls buy from another trusted shop

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered a refrigerator 7 days ago, and I'm still waiting for the correct product. The first delivery was a faulty display piece, and the replacement they sent was a different product altogether, with a discount offer on top. It's frustrating that they sold a product they didn't have in stock. Unacceptable experience.

Never buy from this shop they always always will be sweet at time of purchase but once payment is done then they will behave like who are you? They didn't deserve a single star, I will not recommended for small penny of shopping also from this shop, at the time of booking they will say yes delivery will be done, installation will be done, later on you have to call and again & again you have to visit their shop for delivery and for installation, surprisingly I have purchased AC, and clearly informed them that wants for beauty parlour, and vijay sales and other stores are not selling to parlour as per company restrictions, but they said no i will do the delivery and installation, and i purchased the daikin ac and bill also in the name of beauty salon, later on same for delivery i have called lots of time also visited 5 times their shop, and later on installation rejected by daikin as per their policy, and they are saying i will try, i will try

I purchased a Godrej washing machine from this shop and was promised next-day delivery. It’s been more than a day, and there’s still no update or delivery. Poor service and no proper communication. Very disappointed.

The service is not good. Mahalaxmi Sales pays no attention to the customer and does not even ask about the service. After selling the product, they forget the customer. This is for the benefit of both the owner and the sales person.😤

I purchased a laptop from this store after being assured that accessories would be included. Unfortunately, once the payment was made, they failed to deliver on their promise. For the past two months, I’ve been given nothing but excuses, and the accessories are still nowhere to be seen.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I expected better service, but they’ve completely let me down.
I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience.

I am uncertified with mahalaxmi sales ordered sprit ac 1 model & send different model of same company which is very low & closed model has sent not suitable for cash deal if any one wants finance ok for that other wise I am uncertified

I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop unless you're ready to deal with broken promises and unfulfilled commitments.

I bought a luminous inverter last week still they don’t have anyone for installation.Worst service ever.After calling them multiple times from a week, today my brother went again to their store and finally only one person came up for installation of inverter and accidentally he pour that inverter water which is like acid on my brother , seems so unprofessional.They don’t even have a professional person for set up.I would not recommend anyone to buy any product from this store.Worst experience ever. Never ever going to visit this store.Highly disappointed.

I am requesting everyone please don't visit this shop ever.they only take advance money and make fake promises.they don't know how to do the business.they only know how to earn money without any struggle.once you place order for anything and advance paid.they will not even reply on calls. worst experience ever.many police complaints are also filled against this shop.ratings for this shop should be negative.. but I am posting with one star because there is no option for negative star ratings.

Worst Service Ever we feel after purchasing the Electronic we bought 2 Inverter with Extended warranty before 8 month’s ago and we didn’t get the Warranty service and Gave us fake promises , we called too much but none of the staff was able to pick the call and manager also careless about the customer services now we took the refund of our Extended warranty , they gave us very bad Experience , they all ignored the call and Very Careless about Services after visit the store they say the come tomorrow on daily basis and the owner is also careless we went to owner too much time but he is not capable to handle the customer , worst Shop and Service in Ulhasnagar in Ulhasnagar we feel , Now they all are calling and forcing  to delete the Reviews .
