This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had, and clearly not the first time this company has done this.
I bought a 2026 model AC from S Mohan for ₹34,500 with a clear promise of same-day delivery. That commitment was not fulfilled, and the delivery was delayed without any proper communication.
The main issue is with the sales person, Bhavesh. He made false promises at the time of sale, clearly stating that installation charges would be only ₹2,000–₹2,300. However, during installation, the technician demanded ₹3,500. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.
When I contacted Bhavesh to clarify, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to speak to customers and showed zero responsibility for his fake commitments.
On top of that, delivery charges were never disclosed at the time of purchase and were added later. This clearly shows a pattern of hidden charges and dishonest practices.
This is not the first time S Mohan is doing such things. Repeated fake promises and poor customer handling clearly show how they operate.
I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT PURCHASE anything from S Mohan. Very bad service, untrained staff, and completely unreliable.  Very bad experience in k Mohan and S Mohan
