Super clothes 😍 reasonable price for men and women and also for kids. Exclusive collections and notable point is staffs behavior is excellent. Had a Good parking space. I recommend this for  you guys .

Within one week, I visited Max, Thiruvalla two times. Everything was good, especially the sales representatives—they were very helpful.

But at the billing counter, the staff forcefully asked for a charity donation of ₹2. I don’t understand why customers are forced to donate. Today morning itself, I did charity to more than four people on my own.

If Max wants to do charity, the company should do it themselves, not force customers. Today I spent more than ₹5,000 at Max, Thiruvalla. They also charged ₹10 for a carry bag….

When I refused to pay the charity amount, the billing staff were not happy. Please train your staff properly on customer relationship management

Has good collection for women & children,
The gents collection could be wider with more choices to choose from,
Staff is polite & welcoming, in house alteration is available within a matter is minutes,
Parking as it’s in Thiruvalla it squeezes itself with existing parking, followed by a adjacent parking lot once the front parking gets full,
The security staff upfront deserves an applause to manage, people, cars and the traffic upfront while helping people park and leave without much stress or fuss even on hot summer days

There are new collections. Trending dresses are available. All the staff are very nice. Sometimes you can buy branded dresses at a great offer. Also Gift cards are Available! A large car parking area  in the  front of the building. Also near to bus stop.

A very atrocius event. The store shows open and by the time we reached the shutter was closed. Irresponsible and a huge waste of our time

It was a good experience during the purchase at max thiruvalla one of the employee named abhirami helped me a lot for finding right garments without any confusion or delay. I appreciate abhirami for her wonderful dealing. The way she explained the future and current offers helped me for planning next purchase. Kudos abhirami. ✌️

I recently had a purchase from Max Thiruvalla , my experience at this place was really bad since i really believe there is no quality checking of the products that they keep in their store. And on top of that they asked me to pay extra for the exchanged product which was also of the same price as the previous one (I purchased 2 items on the coupon that i had from my membership there).And i am not gonna do my shopping again from that place.

Why are customers asked to contribute ₹2 for charity at the payment counter? Employees also appear visibly unhappy when customers firmly decline. Regardless of the small amount, if Max wishes to donate to charity, it should do so from its own profits rather than soliciting donations from customers.

Good collections, good behaviour of staff, helpful in selection process and billing etc.
Only one thing I'm upset about is that they charge for carry bags even after customers buy clothes for thousands of rupees. Can they not give a free carry bag??

Dress collection is consistently on trend, offering a fantastic variety of styles from casual wear to ethnic and semi formal options all at genuinely value for money prices.

Variety collections available but low quality.
Most of of dress lost its freshness after one wash, one of my shirt I wore only once and its stitch began to slip.

This max have decent collection, but they don’t have mirror anywhere except at the trial room … I tried on a sandal and I have to go to the trial room to check it out … do install mirrors… it is shopping space !!

Their parking service is not at all good. They are not considering customers’ feelings and are making false allegations. They should at least treat all customers equally.

Really fashionable outlet across the city and has really good clothing choices at affordable prices available in thiruvalla. This outlet has enough store space to set variety of trends for it's shopper.Based in season they do have really good offers and quite good selection at these outlets.Nice collection of clothes in all ages with variety of new things ..good spot for shopping. The only problem I found was the garments aren't arranged properly. I had to look a lot to get the clothes.

Their parking service is very poor. They don’t seem to consider customers’ feelings and make unfair allegations. They should treat all customers equally.

Whenever I visit max, it never disappoints me. Good collection, good staff, superb cooperation. I would suggest this place for your shopping with a 5 star.

Minimal crowd which helped in peaceful shopping.

Only negative part was frequent power breaks.

The western collection is generally good but the quality and variety of indian wear has declined a lot. Very thin see through materials used.  Another inconvenience is body odour. There is a heavy smell of sweat in the shop every time I come here and I noticed it comes mostly when staff comes near me. Please educate them about personal hygiene. I just want to leave the store without buying anything because the smell is unbearable. Also the staff adds their customer review themselves on the customer’s phone. Shouldn’t this be the customer’s choice? Please don’t reply to this with a template message like you have done for other reviews.

Good collection of dresses of gents, ladies and kids in affordable prices

Be careful of the billing sessions.
They will just add unnecessary items,but not delivered for example During the last purchase they simply added the carry bag and not delivered.Physical bill was not provided at the time of purchase ,Later when i check the bill online they charged for the carry bag, Shopping experience is just average.
