I submitted my laptop for a broken hinge issue. The device was working perfectly fine I had used it the day before submission. The only problem was the hinge.

After keeping my laptop for more than two weeks, I was informed that it was not powering on and that it had “never worked,” which is completely false. Because of this claim, they said they did not proceed with fixing the hinge.

When I collected the laptop, I noticed they hadn’t even put the removed screws back properly.I took it to another authorized service center. There, technicians showed me clear evidence of improper handling components such as chips and capacitors were poorly refitted.

As a result , the motherboard is now short-circuited. The laptop is completely unusable. It is essentially electronic waste now.

This device was only two years old, and because of this service center’s mishandling, I was forced to buy a new laptop.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. I submitted my laptop for a minor issue, but the service centre insisted on chip-level service costing ₹6,000. After the repair attempt, the laptop stopped working completely and they informed me the motherboard must now be replaced.
This shows clear negligence and lack of technical expertise. Instead of solving the issue, they made it worse and increased my expense.

I want to sincerely thank Dnet for their top-notch customer service. I had an OS issue with my laptop, and even though it was the eve of Onam, the team went above and beyond by extending their time to ensure my problem was resolved. Their dedication and commitment are a true example of great customer service.

Very much satisfied with all the items and their after sales services. Usually the common issue with many other shops in the same field is, if we enquire about some products or services, we may need to call them again and again to get the required information as they all seems to be busy. At the same time I haven't faced any of those issues here. Even if they are at the peak time of sales at the shop they will answer your calls or give a call back and ofcourse clarify your needs. I am writing to inform my worst recent experience with Dnet systems Kazhakuttom for giving my HP laptop which had a power button issue for repair to an organisation with 17 years of best service and support as claimed. I spoke to a service representative who troubleshooting told need to open to find the issue and will inform within a 2 to 3 days. After repair I shudder to find the laptop was glued and the hinge area was broken and taped, and screen had lines. As usual practice made it look like our fault and suggested other alternatives, but I asked them to give in the state I had given them. But after 2 days to my astonishment the laptop has been nailed in the broken area to close the gap as if it is some furniture. If you valve your devices please stay away from this furniture shop.

Recently I called them and checked whether they can apply thermal paste for my gaming laptop which has Intel i5 11th gen. The lady over the phone discussed with the technician and told me that " there is one percent risk that the laptop may become dead". I have no clue why she said that even without seeing the laptop condition. Couple of years back I have done couple of upgrades from them and they used to be fairly good. Not sure what happened to them recently!
