I recently ordered the Wok Tossed Chicken with Chilli Bean Sauce from the Regency Cafe at the Hyatt Regency and I must say, it was truly a gourmet experience. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the chilli bean sauce added just the right amount of kick to the dish. The presentation was impeccable, showing that the chefs at this restaurant truly have an eye for detail. I highly recommend this dish for anyone looking for a tasty and sophisticated meal option. I recently tried the Thai Green Curry With Vegetables at Regency Cafe at the Hyatt Regency. The dish was excellent - it had a great blend of flavours and the portion size was good. The vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. I especially liked that the dish was low in fat and high in nutritional value. Highly recommend!
