Food is exceptionally amazing. First star hotel where we can genuinely have a good Indian meal . I was skeptical on the buffet since most of star hotel serve bland food as per international standard . Ramana suggested to give it a try . We were genuinely surprised.We thank him for his honest suggestion. He is extremely polite and courteous. He is an asset in Fortune . Overall the stay has been pleasant. We would recommend all the fellow traveler to Tirupati to stay in Fortune Grand ridge for a peaceful and hastle free stay .

Great stopover for Tirumala visit.
Room is very comfortable with soft mattress and pillows.
We did have a minor leakage issue but Sharda the head of housekeeping was quick to organise a check. Staff member   s are really professional with names worth mentioning Ranjith, Rinku,Gayathri, Aaati,Silpi and Masidul.
Great work also from Balaji Naik, Jigdeesh and Kangana.
Always service with a smile.
The only issue we had was a very noisy adjacent 2 rooms which had noisy children and kept their room doors open. Informed the reception 3 times but no action was taken.

Terrible hotel. There are too many mosquitoes in the lobby. You can't sit peacefully for 5 mins. Bathrooms are small and stinking. This is no where close to 5 star. Small hotels are better than this one. For the kind of services they proivde it is rediculously expensive. The lobby in the floors is stinking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a bad experience staying here. They were marked as 5 star but service was mere 2 or 3 star.

Room door would not stay open and someone should always hold it to keep open.

Food was priced as 5 star but had really bad quality.
Partially cooked roti, no salt in dal etc so bad experience with dining as well.

The free breakfast also had very minimal options which was nowhere justifying the cost of room for each nigh.

Service also needs improvement.... Room service when called upon acknowledges the request but won't fulfill it.

They really need to up hold the ITC tag which they have in their name.

The food quality is extremely disappointing.
Even the simplest dishes like dal is devoid of taste.
It makes one wonder about the experience of the cooking crew.
Will never go to their restaurant again.

My stay at Sukhara Hotels was truly wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the service was prompt and professional.

I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities — everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.

Overall, Sukhara Hotels provided an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel, big rooms, professional and friendly staff who always try to accomodate guests needs. Good buffet dinner and breakfast. Stayed here 6 times and never disappointed us. Note: I posted same review via business account accidently

The front desk staffs wear incredibly welcoming and helped us with the information Ms gayathri and Ms Arati and hari was very helpful our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable

We had an engagement ceremony in Aug,’25 and wedding ceremony in Oct.’25. Ambience was good and food was tasty, but for interaction with Mr Ramesh (fnb). It is suggested to provide PA system in Ballroom. I sincerely thank Mr Naveen (Banquets) for the arrangements during  the engagement and wedding.

Staff is good as the have accommodated my request for late check out due to my flight schedule.Need to keep reminding that the towels are not sufficient.

Overall very good experience staff are very friendly specially I would like to mention Mr suresh for helping for rooms and Ms Deepika also ..and reception staff rinku  arti very helpful and Mr narensdra too

Had a great stay at Fortune Grand Hotel Tirupati! The staff were amazing – housekeeping by Naik and Shraddha was excellent, and the catering team, Devi and Krishna, were so kind and attentive. Really nice people who made the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Pathetic place to stay, absolutely unpleasant staff and specifically the GM.
Would nit recommend anyone to stay here.

Stayed over night. Very near to Railway Station. Hardly 15 minutes. No noise. Had comfortable bed pillows and linen. Sound Sleep. Clean towels and toiletries. WiFi was good to do a couple of VC meetings. Breakfast was good.
