I visited Reliance Mall and had a very good experience. The service there was excellent and the staff was polite and helpful. Especially, Prakash ji’s behavior was very good—he was courteous, supportive, and explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I would definitely like to visit again.

I recently visited Reliance Digital at Paras Prime Mall and had a good overall experience. The store is well-maintained and has a wide range of electronic items including smartphones, laptops, TVs, headphones, and home appliances. All the latest models and popular brands are available, and the staff is quite knowledgeable and ready to assist.
The prices are competitive, and there are some attractive offers and discounts going on, especially on combo purchases and during sale periods. I liked that they also have EMI options and extended warranty plans available, which makes buying expensive items more manageable.
The store layout is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff explained the product features well, though billing took a little longer than expected. Still, it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, Reliance Digital in Paras Prime is a great place for buying electronics with reasonable prices, good variety, and helpful staff. Just a little faster service at the billing counter would make it even better.

Bad experience manager, Kunal Service, poor delivery, not possible, my 55 in I placed a parcel order for my brother's wedding, which was crucial to be delivered on time. The parcel has not been delivered yet, causing significant distress to me and my family. Please confirm the status immediately and deliver the parcel as soon as possible, otherwise, I will be forced to lodge a formal complaint."

It was a great experience. We bought a washing machine and Mr. Prakash, Mr. Shravan and Ms. Meenakshi were experienced and helped us buy the right product.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Reliance Digital, paras location, regarding the delivery of a home theatre system.

At the time of purchase, the manager and finance officer clearly informed me that delivery would be possible **only after 4:00 PM the next day**. I was also told that if I wanted delivery on the same day, I would have to wait for 2–3 hours. I agreed to wait until the next day as advised.

I provided **two alternative contact numbers** and clearly mentioned that if my primary number was unreachable, I should be contacted on the alternate number.

Today, at around **4:00 PM**, I called the store to check the delivery status and again informed them that my main number was temporarily not active and requested them to call me on the alternate number. The manager told me that the parcel was already on the way and contacted the delivery person.

The delivery person claimed that he had called my main number 4–5 times (which was switched off) and also stated that he called the alternate numbers, which is **completely untrue**, as there were no missed calls on those numbers.

My brother even offered to **collect the parcel directly** and asked for the delivery person’s location, but the delivery person was unwilling to cooperate.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had a **function at my home today**, and I specifically purchased this home theatre system for that occasion. Due to poor coordination, false claims, and lack of cooperation, I did not receive the product on time.

I expected much better service from a brand like Reliance Digital. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve customer communication and delivery management.
