Oh wow — that definitely makes it worse. Here’s an updated review including that point, written strong but still credible:

Review:

Visited the TRENDS store for the first time and had a very disappointing experience.

The staff was unprofessional and showed no concern for customers. The washrooms had no soap or hand wash available, which itself is unacceptable. When I asked the staff for hand wash, they actually handed us HIPOLIN washing powder to use instead — which is ridiculous and unhygienic.

The janitor refused to help, and when this was raised with staff, they said the company has cut off the supply of soap and handwash. Basic hygiene should never be compromised in a retail store.

On top of this, no staff came forward to assist while selecting items or when help was needed. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service and accountability

Never coming back and not recommended to buy from this store

Being a regular customer of Reliance Trends since years.
I never expected that I could face lot of problems in my recent purchases.After experiencing Reliance Trends stores from Lucknow (all the stores), Mumbai and Delhi, this was my worst experience in Vapi.
I bought more than 30 products within
a month from the mens, women and baby section.
Out of which I wanted to exchange 3 of them because of size and quality issues.For which I faced lot of problems and embarrassment while getting it done.
The staff members were very impolite during the process.
