My glasses fell off while I was rubbing my face. The frame hit the rough concrete ground and got broken. One lens fell out of frame but thankfully didn't get any scratches on it. My frame is a pretty lilac coloured Lenskart hustlr which I bought 2 years back. I like my glasses, they are light weight, sturdy, pretty and ofcourse looks good on me. Also I had my exam the very next day, I rushed to the local eyeglasses store near me to get them fixed. The shopkeeper told me nothing can be done and started showing new frames. He was rude too. Nonetheless, I thought maybe Lenskart could save my frame and immediately reached this store. As soon as I entered, the staff took my frame and repaired it within minutes. Maybe repairing frames is a small part of job for them, but getting my frames repaired after being told earlier to get new ones, was a really nice experience for me. I am highly impressed with the store's customer service. I didn't know where to dump my random appreciation for their services, so here I am. Thank you Lenskart for providing great customer services!!😄😄

I went with my lens broken out of frame thinking that it might not get fixed but pavan moriya immediately took my lens and frame fixed it without even asking any questions great professionalism from him
