Extremely annoying and disrespectful manager. Has zero people skill. Cannot expect any cooperation from this person. Prices seem to promise you a 5 star however the hotel is pathetic. Rooms don't have functional phones, AC doesn't have a remote and mosquitoes might kill you over night. They love to say NO to literally everything. Don't believe me, check out the notices at the reception haha

We stayed in this hotel during our recent trip to Varanasi during Dussehra. We were pleasantly amazed by the overall experience. The staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were clean and well kept. Kudos. Will definitely stay again during our next trip

This can better take care of our guests, we suggest that the hotel give taxi drivers a place to rest and get more gas. From the outside, it looks beautiful, and its classic simplicity adds to its charm.

Had a lovey time at your hotel. The hotel was very nice with all staff being pleasant and polite. We had an issue on arrival regarding a cot for our daughter but this was resolved quickly.

It’s a so so hotel. Rooms are fine, clean and there is space in the rooms. Televisions and AC/s are of good quality. Though, the furniture of the rooms is not upto date. Also, the electric kettles and cups in the rooms are not too hygienic. Ambience of the hotel lobby is not good. Lift generally doesn’t work which makes life harder for those who stay on 2nd or 3rd floor rooms.

As the property is managed by OYO, so you generally get services. However, restaurant service is available strictly in the defined hours, so, if you need some snacks or tea outside the restaurant/canteen hours, you’ll need to go outside of the hotel. Staff behaviour of the hotel is good though. Conveyance is easily available for railway station and bus stand as it’s close to Sigra crossing.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Help right away. The outside area is clean and well-kept, and there are many beautiful flowers and apple trees. The rooms and halls are both very clean.

Food are very costly and Quality of food is not good. There is no restaurant in this hotel. Hotel staff cook the food and they will serve you in your room. Quality of plates and cup are not good. It is too far from temple. Please DO NOT stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff members are kind and helping. No restaurant available on hotel, although they can arrange nice food for you.

Breakfast was really nice. The drinks and finger buffet at 7pm are a really good idea and gets the guests talking to each item are nice in hotel.

The room and bathroom were amazing and strictly adhering to hygiene protocols. The hotel food I ordered was good especially the breakfast. Definitely worth the cost

Super comfy bed and definitely felt like they were taking the sanitization of everything very seriously. Which sadly meant the pool was closed, but that's understandable...
