I recently dined at Shills and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. Their Chilli Barbecue Chicken was not only delicious, but also gluten-free. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate when restaurants offer tasty options. Shills definitely exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to try more of their gluten-free dishes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gluten-free meal option
