Irritated by a staff member who took my phone and wrote a own review herself. Was demended to open my bill in the phone and wrote herself a review. Cheap

Parking bad, no watchman to guide your parking, cellar is full of stock & goods and gives confusion while you enter and exit.

Parking out gave me a bitter experience, an auto with stock to the showroom came and hit my car ( of course by carelessness) but the Crew from Max denied their responsibility and blamed on autodriver. So be aware.

Stock is also very poor, earlier it has lot of collections

Staff checked my bag while exiting, which ruined my shopping experience. I understand that some people might steal, but that's what CC cameras are for. My suggestion is to allocate lockers for safekeeping bags at the entrance itself and spare the nuisance for every customer who walks-in.

Available of sizes would have been a 5 star experience
Many good looking products of my size were not available

Waste of time... customers has to wait for the billing for hours ..only 1  lady is there near billing and she is busy with installing max app at billing. I wasted my time. Not at all responbile

Good one around. Has spacious floor space and nice display but, lesser varieties compared to similar sized max stores in other cities.

You can't find a variety of selections for Men's shopping. Its ok for Women's shopping
