I recently had the pleasure of trying the Multi Millet Dosa With Ghee Podi from Millet Rasoi and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The texture of the dosa was perfect and the ghee podi added just the right amount of flavor. The use of multiple millets in the dosa was a pleasant surprise and added a nice nutritional boost.
