● This Yatra E-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only at Yatra website Click here or on yatra Android & IOS app.
● E-Gift vouchers can not be clubbed with any other on-going offers on the App/Website.
● Multiple E-Gift vouchers can be clubbed in single bill.
● This E-Gift Vouchers can be used for partial redemption,this is one time E-Gift vouchers multiple transactions can be performed until the value is exhausted during the validity period.
● Up to three Gift Cards can be combined and used in a single transaction.
● The Gift Card is not applicable for bookings of Flights, Holidays, Buses, Prime, or any other categories except Domestic Hotels Bookings.
● Any applicable convenience fee,processing fee,excess tour cost,government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (only if the package cost exceeds the Gift Card value).
● No additional discount or reduction in price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the Gift Cards.
● This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cash back,or promotion run by Yatra.com.
● No change or cash can be taken in exchange for this Gift Card.
● In case of transaction failures after the Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
● In case of cancellations where the EGV is still valid, the applicable refund amount(after deducting cancellation, rescheduling, and other charges) will be credited back to the EGV.
● In case of cancellations where the Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Gift Card.
● Yatra and magicpin is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request and the date of using the Gift Card during booking.
● If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
● In case the Gift Card expires, no further extension will be entertained.
● Confirmation of any booking is subject to availability at the time of booking and governed by the standard booking terms conditions of Yatra.com.
● This is for individual use only travel agents found using the card will lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
● E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly but may be delayed up to 24-48 hours due to system issues.
