And their Philadelphia Cheesecake is up to the challenge. These creamy and cheesy slices melt in your tongue, and our only criticism is that the serving sizes aren't large enough, since we want more.

Yes, we realise there are a lot of cafes that serve blueberry cheesecake, but in our opinion, Cafe Felix serves the finest. This one is somewhat wet but not mushy, and it's topped with a blueberry compote and a mint leaf to make it look as good as it tastes.

We'll confess it now. Baked cheesecakes are one of our favourite desserts. Smoor's New York Baked Cheesecake is also perfectly baked.
