You are in for a surprise if you like Banarasi paan, Kolkata paan and other distinct varieties. Now try the fire paan. It is popular and can be found at multiple stalls across India. They don't use unique ingredients, just herbal masala for the fire. Connaught Place is well-known for its fire paan. When in Bangalore, you can try the fiery leaf at Hello Paanwala in Koramangala or Aarush Paan Bandar at New Bel Road.

2. Fire Pani Puri

We all love that hot and tangy pani puri. Now suppose the same crispy pani puri is served with flames on top. Even thinking about it makes you excited, isn't it? In Ahmedabad, they call it pani puri, while in Indore, it is the chaska chaat.

3. Fire Handi Dosa

Yes, you got it right! This delicacy is served on a handi and then lit on fire. Ayyer Ji Dosa and DS Dosa Factory in Geeta Colony, Delhi serves this unique preparation loaded with veggies, cheese, butter and other ingredients. And, we would admit that the flames make the dosa crispier than usual.
