A flock of people go and attend these events for the food and the leisurely activities they allow them to enjoy all at one place. As a cherry on top this time, October is also Diwali Month and that just implies 5 more fests added on account of diwali melas. 1. Blind School Diwali Mela

Of all the Diwali melas, Blind School Diwali Mela is one of the most sought after festival shopping events. Blind School Diwali Mela is run by Blind Relief Association at the school grounds near Lodhi Road. It is a must for those who would love to buy beautifully made diyas, candles, jewellery and a lot of home décor options. For those who love food, the mela has varieties of options on offer that you wouldn’t be able to resist.

2. Sundar Nagar Diwali Mela

Organised for more than 50 years now, Sunder Nagar Diwali Mela is one of the most favourite melas for Delhiites. The mela is filled with loads of activities for kids and elders, has magic shows, fun-filled competitions, never ending shopping zones and amazing food to devour!
