Nestled away in a beautiful compound in Koregaon Park, Sante Spa Cuisine was started by Sonal Barmecha and Chef Shailendra Kekade. The idea was to create a menu of ‘honest healthy food’, using the freshest produce. Their menu is exhaustive, featuring handcrafted baked goods, breakfast dishes, appetisers and mains, healthy pizza (using a stone-grilled base of ragi and wheat), desserts, drinks, and everything in between. The food is wholesome and nourishing – with plenty of allergy-friendly and Jain options.

The Organic Cookhouse focuses on fit meals and drinks – the latter being detox, calorie-friendly, diabetic-friendly and low-cholesterol juices. Breakfast items and salads also feature on their menu. Light on your wallet and in calories, their preparations offer a calorie count column, so you know what you’re eating. If you’re a gym freak, their meals are exactly for you.

Strictly vegan, The Real Green Cafe sits atop a Subway outlet in Lane 6, Koregaon Park. No meat, no egg, no dairy – everything on the menu is plant-powered! They use whole-wheat bread for sandwiches, whole-wheat rotis/flatbreads for wraps, whole-wheat pasta, mock meat, soya and almond milk, and wholewheat/gluten-free pizza bases with dairy-free cheese. You get the picture – it’s green all the way. Everything is made in-house, from scratch, using locally sourced/organic ingredients. They like to work with and support local farmers, and can source organic fruits on order (seasonally).

Though Tien is known for their sushi, the restaurant in Model Colony is popular for healthy food. They have a limited menu of healthy bites. However, the preparations are rich in ingredients. They have specialities such as hummus olive salad, broccoli mushroom salad, chicken pesto salad and more. A meal for two here costs approximately INR 900.
