Terms & Conditions

• There's an Age Restriction of 15 years or above applied to Sunburn Guests.
• Sunburn authorities do not provide any lockers or storage facility for standard (Non-Camping) tickets, and hence you are not allowed to bring rucksacks, backpacks or any other luggage to the premises. 
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable in nature. Unless the governmental authorities do not provide the required permissions and the event is to be cancelled. There won't be any refund offered in case of rescheduling of the event as well. 
• Tickets with tampered or damaged barcode or hologram would be deemed invalid.
• Unregulated/illegal sale or resale of tickets would result in cancellation of such tickets without refund.
• Duplicate tickets would not be issued in case of lost or stolen tickets.
• Each ticket allows a single entry into the Sunburn premises.
• Guests are advised to not remove the writs bands during their entire tenure at the Sunburn Goa 2019. There wouldn't be any re-issuance of the wrist bands for the event. Tampered/Damaged wristbands would be deemed invalid and duplicate bands would not be issued under any circumstances. 
• Re-entry is prohibited for single-day ticket holders.
• Alcoholic beverages would be served to guests above LDA (Legal Drinking Age) only. LDA bands would be provided upon a valid identification of your age only. 
• Artist Lineup and other attractions are subject to change without any prior intimation or notice from the event authorities.
• For security concerns, the event authorities reserve the right to thorough security checks at entry and at any given point during the event.
• Event authorities are not liable for any theft, loss or injuries incurred by the guests during the event.
• Parking vehicles near the event premises is solely at the owners' risk. The event authorities cannot be held responsible for any theft or damages incurred.
• Consumption or sale of illegal tranquillizers or narcotic substances is prohibited. Those found in non-compliance to the same would be prosecuted by the relevant legal authorities under the prevailing IPC sections.
• Usage of Professional Cameras or Recording Devices is restricted and those found practising the same can be fined and denied entry to the event premises.
• For pre-or after parties, you need to buy separate tickets and reservations, these would not be included in your standard ticket package.
• Right to admission is reserved with the event authorities, and valid ticket holders can be denied entry on the sole discretion of the Sunburn Authorities.    
• Internet Handling charges may be levied on your standard tickets. Please check the invoice breakup before making the final payments. 
• Outside eatables and beverages would not be allowed inside the event premises. However, food and beverages would be available inside on a chargeable basis. 
• Campsite check-in and check-out time is set at 10 AM.
• Camping tickets would cover a tent, a pillow and a blanket with shared toilets and shower areas.

Q. From where do I need to collect entry wristbands?

A. Ideally, these would be sent your registered billing address ahead of the event. In case you've not received any, you can collect them upon showing a copy of your e-ticket from the Box Office kiosk at the event venue.

 

Q. I've heard of a 50% pay now ticket? Does it mean it's a 50% discount?

A. No, it's just another mode of making the payment conveniently. Under which you can make half the payment right now and the rest of which is to be paid in 45 days of the respective phase closure. 

 

Q. Is there an age restriction to enter Sunburn Goa 2019? 

A. Yes, there is an age restriction to the entry of Sunburn Goa 2019, according to which a guest should be 15 years or above in age for entering this event.

 

Q. Will the tickets be refunded if in case I do not attend the event due to a personal emergency?

A. No, under no personal circumstances will the ticket be refunded or amended. 

 

Q. Do I need to carry a Photo Id for verification?

A. Yes, a valid govt. photo ID is needed for verification purposes. Either of your PAN card, Voter ID, UID AADHAR, Passport, Driver's Licence etc, can be used for the same.

 

Q. Will there be any additional charge for online transactions apart from the standard tariff?

A. Yes, there's a nominal charge levied to the total amount payable on online bookings along with a charge for home delivery. 

 

Q. Is there a tab on the number of tickets I can purchase as well?

A. Yes, under a single registration, you can only buy a maximum of 10 tickets at once. 

 

Q. Can I re-enter the venue on the same day if I have to leave?

A. No, with a standard one day ticket, you cannot re-enter the Sunburn premises. However, multiple-day ticket holders are allowed to do the same.
