A few weeks back we got to test BellaVita Organic's range of Head To Toe Body Care products and here's a lowdown...

1. Growth Protein Conditioning Hair Masque

From what I inferred, the product promises volume, shine, growth and strength after multiple uses over a period of few months.

Now, I've only tried the hair masque thrice in the last 2 weeks (even though it should be used once a month for your periodic hair spa treatment at home), the results are quite impressive. My post hair-wash frizziness is gone. They smell great, for two to three days only. There's a noticeable shine and in the long haul, it might even work on the strength and dryness of your precious locks. But one of the best parts of using this hair masque is that it's very easy to wash off (score!).

2. Anti-Acne Face Gel Creme

A skin hydrating gel which is also acne removing creme is a combination every girl has been dreaming about. And I think... BellaVita Organic should get enough credit for making that happen. With the goodness of neem, basil, mint and aloe vera the product is said to offer antibacterial and antioxidant properties which in response fights acne, pimples and blemishes when used regularly.

In my 3 week-long commitment to the product, I discovered how effective it's going to be in the long run. How can I say that? Well, within the span of the first 2 weeks, I said goodbye to my pimples and blemishes but the sticky residual at the end of every application was off-putting. Although it does not stay for too long, but the kind of oily skin I've inherited, the muggy effect makes The Anti Acne Face Gel Creme an above-average product for me.

I think if a little bit more time is given to this face gel creme, it might help remove acne as well. Furthermore, I still can't get over how refreshing the gel smells and it's probably due to the presence of invigorating natural ingredients. So, 10 on 10 for that. All in all, it's reasonably priced, it smells great and I don't think you should decide the fate of this product without using it.

3. Face & Body Scrub Grit

This by far is the most practical product of the lot. The real head to toe body care formula in the form of a gritted combination of coffee beans, walnuts, Himalayan rock salt, herbs and coconut oil. All you gotta do is sprinkle some of it on your cream, gel, lotion, shampoo and voila! a scrub is ready to take care of all your skin woes.

To find a product which is versatile, effective and easy on your purse is a blessing. Besides, you'll never have to spend another buck on face, hair, body scrubs ever again. So, there's that.

Now, I've been using the product for the past few weeks with my face wash & shower gel and I can say with absolute certainty that it's totally worth it. And it wouldn't be an exaggeration if I say I'd give this product a 10 on 10. I even strongly recommend it to every woman who wishes to treat all her skin problems with just one modest product.

4. Face Glow Pack

With the goodness of turmeric, sandalwood and herbs, BellaVita Organic's Face Glow Pack is a decent product to have on your shelf. Since there are clear instructions on how to apply the pack, what base to use; on the label of the product, you don't need to look for it anywhere else. I like that feature a lot. Furthermore, considering I have oily skin, I tried the pack with just water as the base and the results were in fact not that bad. The freshness and glow that followed after the first application was impressive but it did not stay for too long. Although I quite love the utilization of natural ingredients and chanan+rose fragrance in the product. Reasonably priced and easy to follow.

5. Nico-Lips

A lip lightening scrub with the nourishment of shea butter, skin-friendly oils, vegetarian wax, beetroot extract and walnut grit is for me, a one-of-a-kind product with a lot to offer. But how does it work? All you need to do is apply and massage the scrub on your lips in a circular motion, and leave it on for about 1-2 minutes before you wash it off. To see the visible results use the product regularly.

As per my review, the product seemed a bit off for my taste. I used it for a while and it made my lips slightly dry and itchy. Mostly because I already have dry lips. Now, I'd give this product a rating of 6 out of 10 which in my opinion is only fair.

Final Verdict?

BellaVita Organic is bestowing upon you the goodness of natural ingredients to be respectfully used on your skin and body, and I respect that. The packaging is very thorough and I love the fact that the labels of each product have all the information you need to know. All the products are quite pocket-friendly but if I have to choose one or two from the lot as a recommendation it would be the Face & Body Scrub Grit and the Conditioning Hair Masque. Just remember; be patient, and don't shy away from experimenting since no harmful chemicals are used in the products.
