1. DUDH SAGAR FALLS, GOA

In a place famous for its beaches there is this exception called “Dudhsagar falls” in Goa. It is one of the 5 highest waterfalls in the country and also one of 100 highest waterfalls in the world. From a distance, it seems like a heavy stream of milk flowing from a hill which finally split into 3 streams heading to sea. There are certain serenity and rejuvenating power in this place with a magnificent and refreshing sight.

2. IRUPPU FALLS, KARNATAKA

Cascading along the Brahmagiri mountain range is this beautiful waterfall known as Iruppu in Coorg district of south Karnataka. Coorg has many other waterfalls as well but Iruppu is most famous among all the other not just because of its beauty but also because of its religious importance. 3. NOH KALIKAI FALLS, MEGHALAYA

Located 7km away from Cherrapunji in the heart of Meghalaya, this waterfall is the fifth highest waterfall in India. The amazing part is the force of the falling water has made a waterhole which turns blue in winters and green in summers. All these things make it a must visit to have an amazing sight of this profound beauty of nature.

4. JANG FALLS, TAWANG, ARUNACHAL PRADESH

One of the tremendous beauty of our country is this waterfall, which is located around 35km away from Tawang district. You must have seen this place on your televisions as movies like “koyla” starring Shahrukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit have been shot here. Ranked as one of the best waterfalls of Arunachal Pradesh this place should definitely fall in the list of your holiday destinations.

5. BHIMLAT FALLS, RAJASTHAN

6. ATHIRAPALLY FALLS, KERALA

8. KUNE FALLS, MAHARASHTRA
