I recently visited TROT - The Republic Of Taste and tried the bean and cheese nachos. I have to say, they were absolutely delicious! The beans were cooked just right and the cheese was perfectly melted. The overall flavor was amazing and I couldn't get enough. I highly recommend trying out these nachos when you visit TROT. I recently tried the Mutton Hyderabadi Dum Biryani from Biryani By Kilo and it was absolutely delicious! The mutton was cooked to perfection and the spices used were just right. The biryani was flavorful and the rice was cooked perfectly. Coming from someone who has a preference for sushi and Japanese food, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this dish.
