I recently visited OvenFresh Cakes & Desserts and was thrilled to see they had a variety of vegan options on their menu. I tried their Easter Nest Vanilla Cupcake and it did not disappoint. The cake was moist and perfectly sweetened, without the use of any animal products. I appreciate that the restaurant caters to those with dietary restrictions and I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious plant-based treats. I recently tried Klayworkz Barista's Mushroom & Cheese Omelette and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious!
