I recently tried the Exotic Veg Kothey dish at Momo Monk and it exceeded my expectations! The portion size consisted of 8 large pieces, which was perfect for sharing. The veggie filling was flavorful and the dough was light and crispy. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I appreciated the variety of exotic vegetables used.
