I recently tried the Dahi Paapdi Chaat at Samosa Singh and it was really good! The tangy yogurt combined with the crispy papdi and chutneys was a delightful explosion of flavors in my mouth. I recently tried The Chinese Cuisine and was blown away by their Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the rice had just the right amount of spice.
