I recently stumbled upon Third Wave Coffee Roasters and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only is their French Press coffee top-notch, but their prices are also budget-friendly. I often order my lunch from nearby eateries during my office breaks, and Third Wave has quickly become one of my go-to spots. Their menu offers a variety of options, all at a reasonable price. I recently visited The Grill And Cheese Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options on their menu. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Sandwich and it was delicious! The bread was made from almond flour and the chicken was cooked in coconut oil, making it a perfect fit for my diet. The sandwich had a great balance of flavors and the portion size was just right. I would definitely recommend this cafe to my fellow Paleo lovers.
