I recently dined at Parimala Sweets in BSK 3rd Stage and was pleasantly surprised by their MALAI SANDWICH. Despite being a vegan, I couldn't resist trying this 1 Kg delicacy and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was not only tasty but also had a creamy and rich texture from the malai. It was a refreshing change from the usual vegan options. I highly recommend this dish for all the vegans out there, definitely a must-try!
