I recently dined at Shaap and was blown away by their Pothu Ularthiyathu Dry Fry dish which was simply amazing. The flavours were bursting with spice and the dish had just the right amount of heat. As someone who loves spicy food, this was definitely a winner for me. The texture of the dish was also perfect, with a crispy exterior and tender meat inside. It's clear that the chef has a great understanding of how to balance spices and create a delicious dish

I recently discovered Salt Mango Tree and I must say, their Murungakkai Soup is simply divine. The combination of flavors in the soup is perfectly balanced and the rich aroma adds to the overall experience. But what really stole the show for me was their sushi.
