I recently tried the Marwari Basa restaurant and was blown away by their sattu paratha. The spices used were just right, giving it the perfect level of heat. I recently dined at Lucknowi Awadh and I must say, their 2 Triangle Paratha with Sabji and Lasan Adrak Ki Chutney was a delightful and healthy option.
