I recently visited Shawarma On Wheels and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a Chef Special Chicken Shawarma option prepared in wheat bread for those following a Paleo diet. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I greatly appreciate restaurants that offer options tailored to my preferences.
