I recently tried Asia Kitchen By Mainland China and I have to say, their Chicken & Straw Mushroom Siu Mai dish was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture of the dumplings was just right. I loved the combination of chicken and straw mushrooms, it was a unique and tasty twist on traditional siu mai. I recently visited Feast at Sheraton Grand and was blown away by their Subz Badami Shorba! The rich and creamy soup had the perfect balance of spices and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try. The rest of the menu also did not disappoint, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
